Keeper's Landing

The Keeper's Landing neighborhood located along the marsh in Cape Fear Station features 33 homes built by BHI Construction Company. A wooden boardwalk follows the shore's contours, and extends as a pier 500 feet out into Bald Head Creek.

This charming fractional ownership neighborhood is located near the Bald Head Island Club.

From Harbour Village to the Cape Fear Point, BHI Construction Company has built numerous commercial properties for its affiliated company, Bald Head Island Limited, as well as third-parties, including the Bald Head Island Club.

This soothing and serene day spa and salon, upfitted by BHI Construction Company, opened its doors recently to rave reviews.

Maritime Market

The 14,000-square-foot grocery store was a well-received addition to the island when it opened its doors.

The 5,000-square-foot Island Hardware store offers a complete line of building supplies, as well as bikes, grills and other convenience items.

Shoals Club
